VIVOTEK understands training is important to every partner and we have dedicated trainers providing comprehensive courses that will prepare you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. We provide live in-person and virtual instructor led certification courses.

VIVOTEK Product Expert I
Training is an in-person instructor led certification course covering VIVOTEK’s comprehensive product line with an emphasis on camera technology and setup. In this 6 hour course, attendees will learn about the product’s features through hands-on labs and demonstrations. In addition, we will introduce mobile device application tools and our latest line of VSaaS products: VORTEX.
VIVOTEK Product Expert II
Certification is an in-person instructor led 2 day training that focuses on the VIVOCAM Switches, Vast Security Station VMS, our robust NVRs and an in-depth certification training on our VSaaS product line. This will include hands-on labs and technical discussions to fit your system solutions.

Virtual VIVOTEK Product Expert (vVPE) Training is a Fast-Track online training for professional installers and integrators to quickly learn about basic installation using the Shepherd Program while configuring IP Cameras, NVR and our Video Management System. In this 3 hour course, customers will be trained on VIVOTEK’s product offerings, understanding the System and Network Architecture while engaging on their own virtual online lab equipment. Customers will configure VIVOTEK IP Cameras, NVR and VMS products to enhance their knowledge base and solutions.
