About DeskCamera Baltic OU
DeskCamera is a software solution that streams a PC desktop and webcam via RTSP and ONVIF, turning the PC into a virtual ONVIF IP camera for VIVOTEK VAST2 VMS. It eliminates the need for expensive hardware by replacing physical IP cameras and encoders. Using GPU acceleration for video encoding, DeskCamera runs efficiently in the background with minimal resource consumption. It’s ideal for industries like retail, education, healthcare, restaurants, manufacturing, and casinos—anywhere PC screen monitoring is needed via VMS/NVR systems.
