The IP9165-LPR-V2 camera can read license plates for 100+ countries or states simultaneously. When a number plate is recognized and matched the data in list such as white list, It can convert number plates into Wiegand signals through VIVOTEK Wiegand converter (AO-20W) to work with an access control system.
